These terms and conditions form a legal contract between Internet Processing Ltd and you the website user and / or subscriber to GetCarted.com. By viewing this website and / or using the GetCarted.com service you are agreeing to these terms with exclusion. Internet Processing Ltd reserves the right to add, remove or amend terms as they see neccessary. It is your responsibility to return to these terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Users of this website completely indemnify GetCarted.com and Internet Sales Ltd from responsibility of any event that occurs directly or indirectly from use of this website or from events caused by use of this website. Site users accept that they are personally responsible for any damage caused by trojans, viruses or worms caused by use of this website or in communication to or from this website.
Users of this website are accepting that the IP address of their computer will be recorded by the server of this website and their activity on this website will be recorded and maybe used to compile usage statistics.
Users of this website accept that if they deliberately commit malicious acts towards this website, their IP address will be recorded, passed to the relevant authorities and blacklisted from GetCarted.com, All Internet Processing Ltd websites and any accounts and websites hosted by or related to the GetCarted system.
Usage of the GetCarted.com system.
(The following terms must be physically accepted by the user by ticking a checkbox when signing up to the GetCarted.com system.)
Users and subscribers to the GetCarted.com system are not permitted to re-sell the GetCarted.com service. Data collected on the GetCarted.com system must not be sold, lend or given to other entities outside the GetCarted.com system. Internet Processing Ltd reserves the right, without notice, to suspend accounts using the GetCarted.com system if they feel that the accounts are being used inappropriately or illegally. As the GetCarted.com system is available for subscription from most world countries, Internet Sales Processing Ltd recognises that durisdiction policy on what constitutes illegal behaviour may be different from country to country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your website using the GetCarted.com system is not breaking the law in your country of residence and business location. By agreeing to these terms you are completely indemnifying GetCarted.com from any responsibility associated with illegal activity conducted on your website. If Internet Processing Ltd believes they are subject to exposure by activities conducted on your website, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
Internet Processing Ltd will immediately terminate the account of without notice or refund any website which in relation to or seperately from the GetCarted.com service promotes Racial hatred, Religious hatred, Sexist content, Ageist content or discrimination against any minority group. We will also terminate the account of any website which suggests, prints or links to another website that prints libelous or scandalous content or breaches trademark or copyright.
Usage of the GetCarted.com system.
Internet Processing Ltd allows any use of the GetCarted.com system for website sales with exception to the following. We do not allow: Warez, Cracks, Hacks, Illegal copied software, any copyrighted materials without authorisation including graphics, sound, recordings, dvd, cd, mp3. Internet Processing Ltd permits the following business types to use the GetCarted.com system providing that their activites are not illegal within the durisdiction they trade from. Websites selling adult sextoys*, websites selling legal licensed adult dvd*
*providing pornographic images are not uploaded to the provided SSL secure webspace
Delivery of service and timescales
Internet Processing agrees to provide the GetCarted.com service as the selected plan by the customer immediately upon payment being authorised, providing that the payment has been authorised by the issuer of the card of the customer and the card holders address, postcode and cv2 code match. If the cv2 code does not match the transaction will not be successful. If the address or / and postcode do not match, a delay will occur before the account is activated as the customer will be required to provide ID to substantiate there right to use the card. This delay and requirement may also occur if the customers postcode is deemed high risk from a general fraud profile database or the IP of the customer is known to our payment provider for fraudulent transactions.
Business Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
Although Internet Processing Ltd agrees to pursue the maxiumum possible uptime, bandwidth, server speed and overall reliability for the GetCarted.com system, the customer agrees to release Internet Processing Ltd from any detroment, damage, loss of sales or loss of customers due to the downtime of failure of the GetCarted.com system. Any published uptime records on this website are not guarantees and do NOT constitute a legally or other binding contract between Internet Processing Ltd and the customer of GetCarted.com. The customer of GetCarted.com will not hold Internet Processing Ltd responsible for any damage to the customer's or any other parties' computer equipment due to actions which have taken place on the GetCarted.com system.
Payment Terms
The price of each plan on GetCarted.com is guaranteed for 12 months after the initial sign-up date. After this time customers will be required to change plan or accept the increase in cost of the current plan from the 1st month after the 12 months following signup. The costs of plans available for use of the GetCarted.com system exclude tax where applicable and the price payable is the price displayed. Customers of GetCarted.com accept that in order to use the service they must make an inital payment including a setup fee followed by monthly payments. Upon the inital payment, customers agree to authorise Internet Processing Ltd to bill their provided card for the agreed amount on the specified day every month. In the event that the re-occuring payment is declined, the GetCarted.com system will automatically suspend the offending account and notify the user. The account will be re-activated upon receipt of cleared payment. If the outstanding debt is not cleared within 28 days from account suspension, a re-activation fee will be charged. If an account is suspended more than three times for not authorised payments, a re-activation fee will be charged each time. GetCarted.com reserve the right to request that customers who continual fail to honour re-occuring payments pay for 12 months subscription upfront. This is without refund.
Subscriptions and purchases made on this site will read 'internetprocessingltd.com'
Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds will be issued when events occur due to error in service from GetCarted.com and the customer requests a refund. Refunds must be requested at least 1 week before the date of the re-occuring charge to allow time to stop the ongoing payment arrangement. Refunds will not be issued for any reason that is outside the scope of responsibility of GetCarted.com
Chargebacks
GetCarted.Com will inform the customer at the time of each subscription and signup what the entry on their card will be. We will also remind the customer from time to time what this entry will be and the information will be in our support and FAQs. Genuine requests for refunds are always honoured and refunds are made within 3 working days of the request. They can take an additional 24 hours to show on a customers bank statement. If a customer makes a chargeback through their card issuer against Internet Processing Ltd, Internet Processing Ltd reserves the right to charge an admin fee of ?30 to cover our costs and the admin cost of dealing with the chargeback. We may also then pass the account to a debt collection agency who will pursue the customer for the outstanding balance plus their own costs. These measures are introduced to protect Internet Processing Ltd from customers who 'forget' what the entry on their card statement is.
High usage of server resources and bandwidth
In addition to the transaction limits set within the GetCarted.com plans, Internet Processing Ltd reserve the right to suspend any offending account found to be using a disproportionate amount of server processing resources or bandwidth. This policy is in place to protect Internet Processing Ltd against large bandwidth bills and degradation of general service to other users due to offending resource greedy websites. Websites falling into this category due to high sales will be offered a bespoke monthly price for using GetCarted.com to cover this additional usage.
Data Backup
Although Internet Processing Ltd has implemented a strict and robust data backup system including raid mirrored hard drives and managed backup, we accept no responsibility for loss of data within the GetCarted.com system. The customer agrees and accepts that it is their responsibility to hold a backup of their data for their own use and records. In the event of a terminated account, Internet Sales Ltd reserve the right to delete without warning the data within that account.
Network Security
Although Internet Processing Ltd has created a robust and extensive set of security measures including, IP logging, firewall, account lock-out and more, we cannot be held responsible for damage to data caused from unauthorised users hacking into the GetCarted.com system and comprimising GetCarted.com customers data. Customers of GetCarted.com accept that it is their responsibility to remove sensitive credit card information if they have opted to accept payments using the manual swipe method.
